Huricane Zane Hits the Kitchen!

One of Zane's favorite pastimes these days is emptying out the lower cabinets in the kitchen. From the microwave cabinet where the cans of cat food are stored (great for stacking and pounding together) to the soda/water cabinet (I think every soda can is now dented) and of course, the plastic storage containers and mixing bowls. All are terrific fun to remove from their neatly stored locations, throw around, bang together, and leave them strewn about for parents to trip over as they prepare meals or attempt to clean the rest of the kitchen.

Don't worry, he doesn't have access to anything dangerous - at least not until he figures out how to outsmart the child-resistant handles on the sink cabinet doors!
On weekends, we really do leave his "toys" about on the kitchen floor until bedtime Sunday - it's so much easier to clean and store them once a weekend rather than several times a day. He doesn't get as much of a chance to empty the cabinets during the week.
